Elena Kravchenko

As a Senior Client Service Associate, Elena brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to supporting clients and advisors at Kirk Capital Advisors. She plays a key role in delivering a seamless client experience, managing day-to-day account needs, and helping implement financial plans while fostering strong client relationships.

Prior to joining the firm, Elena held client service roles within the financial services industry, where she developed a strong foundation in account administration, client communication, and operational support. She also brings international experience, having lived and worked in China, India, and Thailand, which enhances her adaptability and cultural awareness.

Elena earned her master’s degree in psychology, shaping her empathetic, client-centered approach and strong communication style. She is committed to continuous learning and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to her work.

Elena lives in Northern Virginia with her partner, their daughter Arya, and their dog, Max. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, baking sourdough bread, and staying active.
